- If Gaffer Price isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no need to explain yourself.
- This applies to your first payment on a paid plan. Renewals can be refunded at our discretion, and we'll always look at genuine cases fairly.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
How to request a refund
- Our payments are processed by Stripe, who handle refunds and billing enquiries on covered transactions.
- Email us at support@gafferprice.com (or use our contact form) from the email address you paid with and we'll arrange the refund for you.
How long it takes
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.
- You'll receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Once a refund is issued, paid features stop and the subscription ends. Your jobs, quotes and invoices stay in your account, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.
