What counts as a voice-to-quote job?: Every time you talk Dave through a job and he turns it into a priced estimate. Typing a job in is always unlimited.
What does Dave chase for me?: Dave keeps one list of invoices that have gone unpaid and quotes that haven't had a reply, sorted by how long they've been waiting, and writes each follow-up in your words. You read it before anything goes. It's on the £22 plan.
Are WhatsApp and Xero included?: Both are part of Gaffer Pro (£22 a month). Text Dave a job on WhatsApp and he drafts the quote with your saved rates; send invoices to Xero in one tap and they're marked paid when Xero reconciles them. Gaffer (£14.99) covers unlimited quoting and invoicing on its own.
How does billing work?: New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After that, pay monthly, or pay for a year up front and get 2 months free. Plans are charged in pounds sterling in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices include no VAT — Gaffer Price is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
What are finished-job mock-ups?: Dave turns a photo of the space into an illustration of the finished job, so the customer can see what they're buying. Included on the £22 plan.
